2007 C&C TRAILER: Non-Smoking family.. Pets not allowed in Living Quarters. .. 35ft long, 8ft wide. LQ is 7-1/2ft high with 10-1/2ft shortwall by TRAIL BOSS CONVERSIONS !!! Low miles and the LQ still has the new smell.... It sits idle in storage 6 consecutive months every year (Fall-Winter-Spring) .. In summer it was used twice a month for local shows within 50 miles. During the years since purchasing, it has also been to Virginia three times and South Carolina twice. The ultra-quiet Onan generator has only 177 hours of run time, an average of less than 3hrs a month.
A F350 dually or equivalent will haul this trailer safely. A F450 or larger dually hardly knows it's back there. There is way too much to list here, and trailer comes with all the papers including all the appliance manuals, warranty info, service records, etc. This trailer is Definitely a Must-See. The LQ section still has the new smell to it and pictures just can't quite capture the essence of everything.
THIS TRAILER HAS ALL THE CUSTOM-built BELLS & WHISTLES.. Via a dealer I custom-ordered this trailer in 2007 and Trail Boss did the interior per my specs. 2008 was it's first full year in my yard. I am original owner and paid well over $85,000 just a few short years ago.
The LQ interior was built by the esteemed Trail Boss of Missouri, "The Finest in Custom Living Quarters". See to check out their superb work. Padded walls, tons of Roomy cabinets and drawers with special-order horse-style knobs, TV cabinet with slide-out tray, Lighted wardrobes, Spacious bathroom, Wainscoting all around, etc. This is a super-clean one-owner horse trailer, the warranty might convey to a new owner but will have to check.
The toilet has never been used and is still factory sealed wrap. The twin-burner countertop hidden recess flip-top propane kitchen stove has also never been used. The horse stalls were cleaned and fresh shavings placed after every trip, and every fall the floor mats were removed and everything pressure-washed. You can see the loose mats drying in the stall picture taken last fall. Trailer has never been hauled on any winter roads. It is stored all winter.
It's equipped with five 3750# load-range G 12-ply tires with excellent tread, two are brand new. There are many custom extra options such as Electric/hydraulic gooseneck jack hoist, Electric awning with selectable windy-day automatic retractor, Tinted sliding screened windows, Stall Video Cameras, Quick-grease wheel bearing caps, large @8'x8'x4' high Rooftop storage Pod (@256cuft for hay & shavings), Large freshwater storage tank, Large blackwater tank, Large graywater holding tank, 50-Amp HD electric service cord with a wide range of site adapters, Remote electric start 5500-watt rear topside Onan Marquis Gold generator, advertised to be the finest & quietest in its class (gasoline fill cap is easily accessed from ground level), Site water and watertank filler inlets, External water faucet, Twin-25# propane tanks, full compliment of decorative interior and exterior Lighting including adjustable Loading Spotlights at rear and both sides plus recessed stall & tack lighting, There are also Two large lighted tool and supply compartments, and more.
Appliances are a large propane/electric fridge-freezer, AM/FM/CD JVC stereo system with indoor & outdoor speakers on a fader, Thermostat-controlled bathroom ceiling power vent, Shower stall, Flush toilet (never used), Stainless Bathroom and Kitchen sinks, Removable kitchen Table, Ample electical outlets & special-order decorative horse lamps inside, Dish TV antenna, Microwave, Propane hot water heater, Electric water pump, Amply cold rooftop AC with insulated ducts, Propane hot-air furnace with insulated ducts, Propane 2-burner stove (new never used, sits under a flip-up kitchen countertop section), Stove Hood Vent/Light, Outside site electric input receptacle, 120vac/12vdc electric converter, Battery & Water systems monitor, plus Twin-battery storage power. The batteries charge when generator is running , site power is used, or a truck is hauling. The trailer is designed to be self-sufficient for days and all appliances and lights operate off the batteries when generator or site power is not being used, except for the microwave and AC unit being the only two things that require campsite power or the generator. All propane accessories have self-igniting pilots.
Trailer tracks true and well down the road and easily withstands interstate speeds. It is very stable in corners and doesn't act top-heavy. The brakes work strong like new. The GVWR is 15450# with an axle load rating of 6480# per axle. The large Stainless-Steel face plate at the head of the trailer never had any design or markings, thus is a clean slate for your logo.
The Living Quarters is very cozy for three to four adults with Queen bed over gooseneck and a leather sofa couch in living area that folds out into a Full bed. Plenty of cabinets and storage inside and out, easily stocks & maintains about 2 weeks of groceries & supplies for 2 people. The bathroom has two doors, one a walk-thru from the living area into the bathroom, and another going out into the stalls which is gasketed to keep out horse odor and is a few inches higher than floor level to keep out liquids, such as when spray-washing etc. We have been very happy with everything about it and are unhappy to have to sell it.
This is a rear step-load with typical "slant" stall gates and rear removable tackroom to the left. The entire stall area is padded all around, including the gates. The front stall has a removable stallion/stud wall divider. Front stall has full-length side escape door face-side with feedbag hanger loop, all remaining stalls have feed mangers with drainage. All stalls have dropdown windows w/ sliding screens face-side with additional drop down barred window gates. All stalls also have drop-down windows w/ sliding screens on the Curbside (a great special-order feature you won't see on 90% of trailers). Provides the best cross-ventilation on hot days. The Curbside dropdown windows feature a removable one-piece nylon mesh screen running full-length across the inside of the window openings, keeping horse's tails inside.
Rear tack has a removable wall and the stall gates are also removable so items such as gators or golf carts or other wide cargo can be loaded and hauled although we have never tried that.
We are located only 25 minutes from Lee exit 2 off I-90 "Mass Pike"
We have many more pictures, please email if you would like to see more.
